Curves Question
 

Hello,

I go to Curves 3x weekly and usually my heart rate is in the blue zone. Does anyone know how many WW AP's that is? I sometimes want to work harder, but am afraid that I won't lose weight and build muscle. I need some help.

I hope it right but I was told curves was 2 ap. That what I've been using. It doesn't seem like much.
