Stair Climbing
I have a air powered electronic stair climber, what is the proper way to work out on one?
On the easy setting, how many steps should I take, what about the hardest setting? How fast should I go, long should I stay on to get a great workout? What am I excercising (besides my legs) Any info at all to a new excerciser is appreciated! EM :carrot: |
