WATP calories burned?
I was just wondering how all you walkers log your exercise on fitday? I put it as 30 minutes brisk walking 2 miles. It says I only burned like 100 calories. I think I probably did more then that since it wasn't just walking but included arms and stuff.
How do you log your WATP on fitday? |
I don't usually post here and am a little late but I do use WATP. I enter my three mile WATP as 45 minutes (that's how long it takes) of light aerobics. I figure it's sort of both.

Thanks for the reply Shannon. I think putting it under arobics is a good idea since it really is more exercise then just walking.
