Couch to 5k is a program designed to get you from being a couch potato to running 5k (3.1 miles). It's on a site called Cool Runnings, I think, but you can google it. It looks like a great plan if you are interested in running.

Hi ladies, it's been awhile since I posted here. I had my WW weigh-in today and was down -4.8 lbs :carrot: and that was after Thanksgiving! I had a 3.5 mile walk the morning of, then really watched my portion control and it showed on the scale. :D
Well, my walking partner (my sis) is on vacation right now so it's just me and the pup. We did 3.5 miles today. I think I will set my goal for December at 40 miles. Happy walking everyone! :dancer: |
