Cardio--what do you do?

  • i do some cardio everyday but when I want kick butt cardio I do tae-bo boot camp it really gets you going
  • I do a general kickboxing class on a Tuesday, then an Advanced class, Thursdays along with a laydees class straight after. You work out as hard as you can on Thursdays and Tuesdays depends on what they do! Either way works you up into a lather every time and I never get bored cos I'm always improving! I also supplement these classes with some skipping/warmup and stretching at home.

    i do about an hour of cardio 3 times a week sometimes 4 ..

    the intestiny varys i been starting to run in the last couple weeks on the treadmill..i put the speed up to 7.0 on flat incline..i usually do this for about 30 mins but up it every week i can to go further..

    i do the sit bike for a good 20 mins and put it up to 8 intestiny

    i sometimes do the elliptical for 10 mins on level 7

    than i do swimming to sometimes (thats considered cardio right lol)
    about 20 mins sometimes 30 with that.

    i keep from getting bored by watching the music videos they play.
