  • I was looking at my fitday and it appears that I miss biking about once every 4 or 5 days. I'd like to be more consistant than that. Well, that and this nice fall weather is not going to last forever.
I wonder if anyone would like to join me, I'm going to try to bike every day for two weeks. Now the last day I missed was the 6th of September. So, I'm gonna boogie on thru til the 20th.
Anybody? You wouldn't have to bike. It could be going to the gym or walking or jogging or a video ... just anything ... but consistantly. Hmm?
  • 5 days in a row.
  • 6 days in a row.
  • yay Susan! Congrats on biking the whole week!

Count me in -- except I'll be going to Curves (hopefully) 5x a week, eventually working my way up to 6x a week!

I'll do a 30 minute walk on Sundays.

    Keep up the good work!
  • 7 days in a row.
  • Hey Susan - count me in to be accountable, but I do like my weekends "off" - although I doubt it'll be happening once I get started playing lacrosse - matches on a Sunday, my day of rest! Tend to not do any formal exercise on a Saturday but we do go out walking round town so that probably counts!

So far - day 1, Monday weights (even though I was feeling tired so to me!)

today - off to kickboxing in a little bit so day 2 ticked off!
  • 8 days in a row.

OK then 2f six days a week for you!
  • I'll join in!! 1 day in a row so far for me..... I took yesterday off
  • 9 in a row.

Becca ... 1 in a row is a whole lot more than I used to do
  • 4 in a row...
  • 10 in a row.
  • 5 in a row!

(it would have been 12 in a row, but i took a hard fall last saturday while running and decided to take sunday off!)
  • Welcome FishWoman ... we'll allow you a day off after a hard fall
  • Hey there -

I'm brand new here and want to join in. I've been dinking around with exercise for about the past six weeks, and have finally gotten serious and have racked up four days this week!
  • yes, yes Tobee! You are welcome too. Tell us what you've been doing for your four days in a row.
