That looks cool! Particularly for those "indoor-gyn-at-home" days. This is the first I've heard of it. I hope someone who has tried it provides us with a review.

At first I thought it was kinda like the exercise ball..but really those balls can be awkward to use..that does look interesting.

yeah i saw it on tv one time late at night and thought it had some extra advatages over the BALL i use now. You can flip it over and stretch on it and do yoga!

BUT i'm also wondering, because its stabalized pretty much, how much it really works your abs. Since on the ball you have to stabalize yourself and use your ab muscles just so you don't fall off.

Actually, that looks pretty cool. I might get one.

I don't think it's a replacement for the ball, just a new toy like the bosu (which is wonderful). But I could see having one of those.
