how to enter in Fitday?

Does anyone have a trick to enter the following into Fitday?

- Pilates
- workout focusing on the abs, thighs and bum?
- total muscle conditioning (it's a fitness class)
- core conditioning (also a fitness class at my gym)

I enter all of these as Calisthenics, under conditioning exercises.

I put general too. I wrote to them saying that they should add it, ya'll should too, because if enough people wrote in they might add it. I think it is weird that they have all these things like "sitting on the toliet 0 calories" but then not actual exercises. They should at least have a "custom exercise" where you could add in how many calories you have burned, but alas....

I go to some other sites like caloriesperhour.com and find my activity. I then just enter anything 'like' it. For instance, if you do some dancing that uses 45 calories in 30 minutes ... it doesn't really matter what you call it as long as your expenditure is 45 calories. Right?

Yea, just that it's easier to track what you did when you enter what you did. :)
It's weird that it doesn't let you add custom activities.

tracking my goal

I've walked 110 minutes from monday til now, so I'm 970 minutes away to reach my goal for august :spin: I know I can make it better next week cuz I'll go to the gim for work out a little :tread:
Today I finished my diet program, and tomorrow I'll begin in a new lifestyle I'm sure I can do it: it's very simple
A good breakfast (cereal, fruit, milk, tea, juice), a good lunch (some meats, or tuna, or chicken breast and salads, a slice of whole bread or a small bowl of low-carb pasta, a bunch of veggies), a snack (fruit or yogurth) and a light dinner (1 quesadilla, or sandwich and cold tea with no sugar) :chef: :chicken:
I'm running to my goal and I'm never starving :beach:

If you have the version of FitDay for your PC it does let you enter custom activities. It is annoying that they have such limited exercise options in their data base and all kinds of obscure routine activities in it. They didn't even have the elliptical in it.
