Best or Worst time for Situps
Does anyone know the recommended times for sit-ups or any ab exercises? :?: I would assume not too close to eating. Mornings or late day? Just before eating. Does it even matter? I am going to try to commit myself to working my abs and see if I can tone a little flab there? Any hints or suggestions would be great!! :wave:

How many curls?
What would the recommended # of curl ups be? I haven't did them in a long time so I did 30 today. I could feel it starting to burn but feel maybe wasn't enough. I know you're suppose to build up as you get used to them but I didn't know a good starting #. :?:
