Hello, I'm new to this thread. I have been reading post but never have posted. Anyway I was wondering if any one out there has a bowflex or used one before and how well did you like it. I have about 100lbs to lose and really need to tone up. Thx

My husband and I have one and he loves it. I am unable to use it often because of my son. Since it has the bows on the sides I can't use with him in there. But it is fairly easy to change and comfortable to use
