I like a mix of rap, metal, pop...it has to have a beat, or something about it that makes me want to move. It changes, depending on mood and what I'm doing. |

The entire Green Day - International Superhits record is a favorite treadmill CD. The pacing and order of the songs is absolutely perfect.
