Knee Brace Question
 

Hi guys, me again with the bad knee!

Okay, so I haven't run for a month. I started anti-inflammatories for my knee last week, and this week my knee doesn't hurt. So, based on some reading, and what I think is going on with my knee, I need a knee brace just to make sure I keep it in the right positition during a run.

I'm planning on starting back running either this weekend or Monday.

Sooooo.... Anyone used a knee brace in the past? Any love-em or hate-em's out there? I've never used one, but want to get the right one.

I don't use a "brace", just a support that you can get at any drug store, to help support the knee and keep it sturdy. If I don't wear it, the impact on my knee leaves it hurting. Wearing it keeps from having that pain. While those with the cutout for the knee are good for more bending of the knee, I find the solid supports provide more stabilization for me when running.
