Default Exercise Accountability #2 - April 18-24

Hey Gang

It's a new week, I'm up to the challenge of a great one. The is shinning here...

I don't work today but that sure doesn't mean I won't WORKout...

Here's my plan:

        Good morning Ilene and all to follow! Cardio done - 20 minutes on the cross trainer and 30 on the bike. I plan to work out at 6:00 PM before my last appointment of the day. Hmmm .... back maybe?

        Hey ladies, I stated my week off right(I start on sunday) I went to the gym yesterday, I joged 3.5 miles(in 45 min I know I'm slow but I'm getting faster), and did 35 min on the ellyptical. I was dripping with sweat! then I came home and did my pilates tape. Now that I am figureing out the moves, its not so boreing, I can feel it working.
        This week, I want to try and get to the gym at least 4 more times. Last week I did so well I worked out 5 times so I'm going to try and keep that up.

        Hi all,

        I hit the gym for legs (squats, dumbbell lunges, calf press and hamstring press). I also did 30 on the elliptical on level 6 and it wasn't hard. I will go up to Level 7 next time.

        I have some actual work to do today (making jewelry for orders) before I can do any working out. I have a cold that's kicking my butt, but my plan is to just ignore it in the hopes it will go away so I can get something done.

        Hi everyone, yesterday I did the ellyptical for 60 minutes and lots of walking at work and when I got home. My son and I went to the park so that was about 30 of slow walking but activity no the less.
        I'm off the the gym now.

        I managed to squueze in a back workout yesterday afternoon - pullups, Hammer hi-row, biangular row, seated cable row, and lat pulldowns. Today's been 30 minutes on the bike and 15 on the elliptical. I'm planning on bi's and tri's later this afternoon. Oh yeah, abs with the clients.

        Unfortunately, I'm not getting anything done. It's hard to stay motivated to work out when my nose is so stuffed up I can't even breathe normally. I can't believe it's Tuesday and I haven't worked out at all this week.

        Today no formal exercise but I did rake the yard for over an hour... Until I got something in my eye because it's so dang windy here, when I get something in my eyes it's not a pretty sight

        Hi everyone, I hope you are all feeling Ok. Our 2 weeks of sunshine is up and now its raining
        I was totally going to blow off excersising today. I planned to do it after work but I jut wasn't motivated. I did so well yeasterday; 60 min on the ellyptical and my pillates tape, plus the scale reading was really low this moring but.....right when it was almost to late to start, I got a call from Jenny Craig, I used to go there but gave up because of the price and other things, they were trying to drum up business but I was like oh no thanks I'm doing fine. Well I'm not, I'm doing better but I'm still trying to lose the weight I put on after I stoped going there. So that made me spring in to action and do my work out.
        l
        Long story short, I did step aerobics, and still had time to fix dinner.
        tomorrow, the gym!

        Hi all,

        I did NOT exercise at ALL yesterday and feel so guilty about it. I had to be in the office early yesterday so going in the AM was out of the question and then the crew had a band concert / science fair thingy last night. Last night I set my clock for 4:59 PM (not AM) so I didn't make it to the gym yet. The crew has doc and dental appts today so I am cutting out of work early for that and will try to squeeze a good run in before cheer practice at 6PM. If not, I'll be kicking it with Billy in the living room later on tonite.

        Did a full body weight workout yesterday and cardio, today will be cardio only. My back is killing me, and this is my way of "resting" I have bruises from my massage on Monday

        Unfortunately, I haven't done anything right this week. Yesterday I was so sick that I went back to sleep after I sent my daughter off to school. I slept until noon, ate lunch, and went back to bed until she got home from school. Even then, I fell back asleep for a bit until it was time to make dinner. This cold is just knocking me on my butt!
