Circuits!
Hello Gang!
I've been getting seriously sick of my TM but it's still freezing, blustery, icy cold around here so I can't get out and walk just yet. Just last night I was watching my dd's judo class do circuits and I thought "why aren't I doing these?" So once I got home I jumped on my TM, did 45 min, then did 5 min of circuits. It's so easy and different. I'd do 30 seconds (approx) of jumping jacks, then crunches, then these jumping side to side motions, then pushups. It was a challenge, but great! I was surprised how quickly the 5 min passed. Tonight I think I'll try work in another 5 mins somewhere in my TM routine. If I can find my dd's skipping rope, I'll add 30 secs of that in too. Anyhoo, just a hint I thought I'd share! Take care! |
Way to shaken things up. My gym has a class that is circuit based just as you are explaning and WOW does it kick my butt.
