Default Tae Bo

Does anyone else do tae bo with Billy Blanks? I love him! I have been doing the basic work out for about 5 weeks now every weekday morning. I have ordered two advanced workout tapes they should arrive any day. I just love it, since I jogged for 2 miles every day and didnt see much results, and do notice my clothes getting loser and loser every day on tea bo.
I still love to jog, and do so on the weekends (when I can get my butt out the door) I think i will get back to jogging before work- then walking at work- then tae bo after work. I did that for about 2 weeks and kicked my own butt. I just wanted to know if anyone else has used Billy's tapes or someone elses tae bo tapes and if it did anything for you.

I havent heard of his new stuff. I tried his old stuff a couple of years ago and just wussed out or got lazy whichever. I am going to have to look up his new stuff and maybe get a tape. (I get VHS since I only have VCR in my bedroom and when family is watchin TV in the livingroom, I can still work out in the bedroom) And motivation is needed on this end too sometimes, every morning I wake up and say to myself, ugh, cant I skip today? Then I drag my butt out of the bed, and go do it anyway. Because I want to lose inches more than I want to lay in bed a little while longer.

I was excited to try Tae Bo because everyone I knew loved it but it just wasn't for me. I felt ridiculous doing those punches and kicks and gave up on it. Pilates is more my speed it seems...but I'm glad it motivates you!!
