Any exercise shows on TV?

Does anyone know if there are any exercise programs on TV, and if so, what channel/when? Thanks!

Since channel lineups and selections are different all over the country, try www.tvguide.com for listings for your city. If you have the FitTv channel, they offer a lot of exercise programs. www.fittv.com

Hi, Shyla. I know that Lifetime has Denise Austin on at 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. here and there's a local yoga show on at 7 a.m. and a kickboxing show on at 7:30 a.m. but that channel may only be here in my area. The Lifetime one I think is national, though. I hope you find one that you like.

ESPN also has exercise shows. Bodies in Motion is my fave.

My favorite is Body Electric. It is a women's strength training program and is 30 minutes long. It is usually on early in the morning, and is on the Public Education type channels-the ones that usually have Mr. Rogers, Sesame Street, Nova-that sort of programming. :) You can check out Margaret Richard's website at www.bodyelectric.net and see if it is on in your area. :)

Oxygen channel has a great Yoga show on at 630AM in my area called "Inhale". I believe that FITTV is a subsidiary of Discovery, they have great variety of programming beginning at 630AM-10PM. Gilad produced a new show called "total body sculpt" that is also done well along with Cathy Friedrich's hour long show.
