I did it!!!!

I went to the gym today and met my personal trainer (I get three free sessions with her through the gym at work) and it was good!!! It was hard, but I really enjoyed it. I was really worried that I would be the fattest person there (I was) but it didn't seem to worry me.

My goal is to go three times a week.

Yay!!! :cp:

Keep it up -- you're going to LOVE the results! :D

Good for you! Just getting in the door of the changeroom is 90% of the battle. I have a hard time making myself go for a workout but I always give it 5 min... after that I can go home if I want.

Hats off to you!!!

I did it again today! The gym supervisor revealed that he did not actually expect me to come again!!!! He of little faith, I'll show him!!!

Thanks for all your support guys, it helps to know that I have you all to keep me honest! And motivated!

Way to go!! The first couple of days are the hardest but you will get into a routine soon enough and won't want to miss a day. Good luck!

I agree, the hardest thing about the gym is getting to the changing room but after that it is a breeze. Keep up the good work. You will feel so good after every workout.
;)

congrats!!! good for you---to persevere through the first few times. . .I agree, those are the hardest. Until you get a routine down so much you just sort of automatically go, it's tough. It takes me well over a month or 2 to really have a routine so that I don't just skip days. Good luck, and keep up the great work!
