Any Breathers out there? O! LL, BF
 

Hey all,

Just wondering if there are any people who do the aerobic breathing workouts out there? Anybody have any big success with them?

I used to use BF a while back, and had noticable results after a couple weeks, but then I slacked off. I don't like O! all that much, and I'm trying to start doing the LL tapes regularly.

Anyways, just wondering if there were any other out there who might like to chat ever.
