Msucle relaxants and exercise?
 

Hi. I was wondering if anyone around here has to take muscle relaxants for a health issue, and how they effect your ability to exercise. My doctor just perscribed Soma (a fairly mild one) for me to take as needed for possible tension headaches. I have never taken this kind of medication before, so I was wondering how it might effect exercising.
