Chicometrics

Has anyone done this or know someone who has? There was a segment on the news last night and I checked out the website. Seems pretty interesting, but I am curious if anyone has had success or not with it. Looking for some input!

I have been doing Chicometrics 3x/week for the last two months. I may have toned up just a little from it but I also do cardio and weights so who knows if it was Chico. If you are an avid exerciser it may not be too challenging. I only use it to give a little variety to my workout. To sum it up...Chico has a cute sense of humor and would be a great video for beginners.
