Punk Rock Aerobics
 

Just wondering if anyone else has heard of this. It seems really cool, a good way to spice up my workout routine.

Anyone tried it before? I just got th book and I can't wait until they come out with the dvd.

OMG!!! I love punkrockaerobics!!! although they don't have a class in my town (I live in Montana) I just made a disc of my own music and do my own type of PRA!! How great!! I didn't know they had a book out!! Where did you get it? I would love to get my own copy!!

That's a cool idea. I always thought they should have classes to different kinds of music. I'm so not a big dance music fan.
