Slim in 6?
 

Has anyone tried this program and if so what are your thoughts on it.

I keep seeing this advertised on tv and I am thinking of ordering it. I don't care about the eating plan they include since I am doing my own thing at WW and won't be following the Slim in 6 plan. I am interested in the exercise program.

I loved the program but didn't finish it. I all together stop my weight loss path. I just now am starting back and am planning on doing it again. The only down side is it gets a little boring I love the slim in 6 6 pack ab workout it has it around 12 mins long and it focuses on nothing but ur abs. I'm doing ww too (at home). hopes this helps feel free to pm me anytime if u have any questions. Also u can get much cheaper on ebay. and u can buy ur own resist bands at walmart for like $5

I am going to order the DVDs since I think I need something new to give myself a push. :tread:
