I dont know if this topic has been posted before, but if it has sorry. =) Well, i dont know what to do. When i come home from school im to tired to run or anything, and i dont own any weights or anything, so what exactly can i do to exercise? Hope someone can help me! Thanks!
Put on your absolutely favorite uptempo music and DANCE. You don't have to know "how to dance" but just let the music jazz you up and get movin'.
