Yogamama - thanks so much for the info - I may have to see about those. I like lots of variety.
A broad - I really like the 4 mile WATP Express DVD. It has a lot of hand movements but no handweights. And you can do only do as many miles as you want to. You don't have to do the whole 4 miles. She tells you when you have done 1 mile, 2 miles, and 3 miles and of course when you are done, and if you only want to do 2 miles, you just walk to that point of the dvd and then fast forward to the cool down & stretch. I also love the WATP tapes, which come in 1, 2 or 3 miles and you can use handweights with these. She also has the WATP express that comes with a stretchie band that you use rather than handweights. I think you could like all of those. |
