Hi Emmy! Sounds like the 3 mile power walk is exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for a tape that was longer than mine and that worked the arms. Cool. Is it easy to do with regular weights versus the gloves? I have 2, 3, & 5 lb weights. I would probably start with the 2 lb weights because my arms are pretty weak at this point. You are doing great!

Debbie: Weird, about the pedometer thing, but really cool. That really is a good way to measure, and see how you do from day to day! Wow...we have so many more people on the thread now! It's hard to keep track anymore! I'll get to it though! I thought about posting one thread with everyone's names on it or something, just so we all can see who we have...I might do it tonite.
