I want to start exerciseing. I need some ideas on exersices to try

Start with walking. Set up a plan and follow your plan.
If you can't walk, then do whatever you can do. Determine how often you can exercise and the just do it. |
Hi Pixie, I use the Walk away the Pounds videotapes and love them. There is a thread that I started called "Walk away the pounds May challenge" where we log our miles and give each other support everyday. The videos range from 1-4 mile workouts and were not very expensive. The instructor is very encouraging. I starting using them about a month ago and really like them. Good Luck on your search!!
