Exercise tape help.......
 

Heather I have never tried the aerobic strip tease, though i bet hubby would like it if i did.
but i love my WATP tapes. basically it is whole body workout while walking. at least mine is ( it is the for the abs, 1 and 2 mile one) it is a series of steps. sidesteps, kneelifts, and kicks. with some arm workout too. i think they are perfect and it is the only thing this couch potato girl has ever been able to stick with..

Hi Scorchin - I also have the WATP tapes, and I am loving them! I bought the ones with the blue weighted balls. (Paid $29.99 on amazon.com).

It came in a 3 pack set with the 1,2, & 3 mile tape.

So far I've done the 1 & 2 mile tape and LOVE them so far. You wouldn't believe what kind of a work out you get just from using these!

Now i'm thinkin of strawberry shortcake( the show not the cake wait now im thinkin of both) my niece loves the new strawberry shortcake show. Funny to think me and my sister used to watch it when we were lil mostly my sisters. they don't have apricot anymore we had that doll and she blow kisses smelling like apricots and the strawberry doll too...

Heather, I saw a special on that strip tease videos on the news about a year ago. Did you know they offer classes like that for big groups of people, like at gyms?? They were showing sections of the class. I thought that video might be a good idea, Im sure it would encourage spouses to encourage you or maybe even particiapate!! Ha ha!! If you try them and they actually work.........and I mean weight loss wise there *wink, wink*....be sure to post and let me know!! Good luck!
