Balance Board?
 

South Dakota Chick - Meredith - mentioned the Balance Board as her favorite exercise accessory.

Inquiring minds need DETAILS! Can anyone give me any information about a balance board? What do you use it for? My balance is deteriorating and physical therapy is not helping, and in fact has greatly increased my pain because they decided to 'correct' and focus on the leg weakness and have minimized the balance exercises. I can't continue the PT but am very interested in working on my balance.
