Anybody out there doing Callenetics non-impact aerobics?
I have bad knees and one hip and aerobics leaves me in pain and stiff. I have been doing the Callenetics for almost a year and it is great for toning. But I need someone to help keep me going. Any takers? |

Callenetics
Did the 40 min (give or take because of the knees)
the felt a little winded but not tired. That's what I like about these exercises, you feel like you worked and stretched but not played out. Still have problems with the side leg raises. I have to lean over more than I think I should. When I sit up straight, it doesn't look like the legs are moving... but I know they are! It feels like a clean "burn" not a tired burn. TTFN, Jan |

Hope you are having a nice holiday. I have a suggestion for modifying Callanetics so that your kneees won't suffer. How about doing those exercises lying down or in the tub? Silky |
