I am trying to find a way to be more active throughout the day. I sit down at a computer all day at work , I am also trying to complete my degree at night , which means I sit down for another 3 hours in class after work. This is 5 days a week.
I gained 20 lbs in 2 years, since I started working and going to school. I need some advice! I try to take the stairs instead of the elevator now, but that doesn't seem to be enough.
What can I do at my desk or at work to help offset the 10 hours a day I spend sitting down?
If I gain another pound, I'll just scream! HELP!
