I really enjoy my exercise bike. It's a daily thing for me. I can watch tv, or call someone while I'm biking, or read. Tv is better as I can work harder. I like my WATP videos, but the woman drives me crazy :dizzy: This web site, would have given up long ago if I didn't come here daily. These friends keep me accountable. Diana |

My answer would be my treadmill at home and my Curves membership. I LOVE them both.
Question: I've heard a lot about those Walking Away the Pounds videos. Can someone explain to me what they are? Is it to use in conjunction with a treadmill? Thanks! Dawn |

My recumbent bike, gym membership, trainer, and dog who WANTS to run.

My kayak which makes me want to be in shape - so I can toss it on top of the car by myself, so I can fit in it, so I can paddle the distance. It is my "fun" workout. I love my home gym too and the three things that get me in the mood when I get down there, my bandana, my lifting gloves, and my tall glass of water. Unless those 3 things are in place I can't proceed.
