Anyone BodyDome?

I've been wondering if anyone here has tried the BodyDome and if it is actually affective. I've been wanting to get it as well, but how well does it work? I don't want to be scammed by it.

Hello !
I have used the Body Dome and like it alot - I also was wondering about the scam potential. Basically - it is very close to step workouts but with the dome - there is some give - not as hard on my knees. I like it and am using it and seeing results - slow and steady results.
