How many times a week do you run? I'm thinking about starting running, but I don't know how to do it properly.

From my own experience, I can say that when starting running, it's very important to listen to your body and gradually build up your frequency. You can address the playbetter customer service and choose helpful devices there or at any other place. Begin with 2-3 runs per week, allowing for rest days in between. Focus on proper technique, start with shorter distances, and gradually increase your running time and distance. I still run 2-3 times a week, but I do workouts at home on other days.
