My shins!!!
So, a little background. 10 years ago when I was 25 I did Jillian Michaels 30 day shred at 250 pounds and I was FINE. Good sore. But, now at 35 I've been doing it and trying to keep up with jumping jacks, rope, and all the other s*** she makes me jump at and it's like my shin bones are sore. Am I putting too much weight on them at 250 this time around? Should I stop the jumping and do something else? Is it normal, is it muscles? I'm not trying to get an injury but after doing this 3 weeks 4 days a week I'm getting better endurance and stamina so I'm doing more jumping instead of not jumping and this pain is real- while exercising and after. Any advice would be appreciated!
