Shoe Advice

  • I work out generally 5-6 times per week. Usually it's group classes (because that's what I love). Zumba and Body Pump are my favorites.

    During Body Pump we have a lot of squats and lunges (a lot!) and I find that the arches in my feet ache bad, sometimes I have to even stop and take a break from the squats. I know it's likely due to my cross trainers being the wrong type or whatever. I'm certainly no expert on the subject. I'm just wondering what people use as far as shoes goes?
