Difference between chest press and negative chest press
 

Today I started week 5 of power 1.0. With the chest training there are 3 different chest press excersizes. Incline chest press, chest press on Smith machine and negative chest press. The Incline is noticeable different but I can not find a difference between the chest press and the negative chest press, other then the use of equipment. Does anybody know what the difference is?
