I was wanting to know if anyone here has tried this product and what results.
My neighbor owns a Pilates Studio here in our area and he thinks that the Body Dome is a good product.
I just hate spending the money if the item is only going to collect dust !!!

Yes let us know Sage.... after seeing your post I did some research and it sounds interesting.....

Well I got my body dome a week ago - and have been using it every day. Just standing on it you feel your core muscles working. It comes with three tapes - one is 10 minutes and the others are 20 minutes each. The workouts are easy to do. I am 47 years old and bad out of shape and have 50 pounds to loose. In those short workouts I am breaking a sweat and feel it making a difference. The resistance bands are attached to the unit. You are doing upper and lower workouts in such a short time - I would say this one will NOT collect dust. I find that even just standing - well trying to stand - on it gives me a bit of a workout and it feels good !

I give the body dome an A+.
