Does Pilates work your upper body at all?

I'm planning on purchasing a Pilates tape to workout at home so I've been reading a lot of reviews of tapes lately. It seems like this form of exercise works the abs, legs and butt only. I want a full body workout and since I'm the mother of a very active little girl, I don't want to do two separate videos to work upper and lower body parts. Is there a good Pilates video that works both upper and lower body parts? What do you guys do for your upper body if Pilates doesn't help that area?

Thanks!

It depends on the tape, if you do a class or a private it does.

I've only used two Pilates DVDs, and honestly, I've only done the beginner's routines on both. However; Pilates for Dummies does incorporate two upper body movements in the beginner routine, where Winsor Pilates did not. Plus it's cheaper. ;)

Hi All
suemazrn: Kathy Smith has both upper and lower body workout using Pilates. They seem to be pretty good - plus I am a KS fan. I have a few of her workouts and like them all.
