Smile How much exercise is healthy for me in a week?

The Department of Health and Human Services recommends these exercise for the adults:

You should do at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise in a week. Do more or less 75 minutes of strong aerobic exercise in a week. You may do this in a combined plan as well.
