Has anyone here had success with couch to 5k and losing weight?
So as I've mentioned in previous posts, I used to run a lot on high school, and did a lot of distance but have not been into running nearly as much for a while. I'm trying to lose weight and I want to get back into running. Has anyone had any success losing weight and doing c25k? I plan to eat 1200 calories and I do not eat meat if that helps to know.
