Default Is the Wonder Core 2 machine useful, please?

1. I know there's an Equipment section on here but it doesn't seem to be used much.

2. Not sure if I'm allowed to post links or not, apologies if not, but here's the machine I'm talking about: https://www.highstreettv.com/wonder-core-2.html/

3. I'm 54lbs down, 46lbs to go to first goal. My only exercise is walking, which I adore. I tell people that I'm into "Urban Walking" because it sounds more hard core than "wandering round the street" I genuinely love walking round grim, formerly heavy-industry places. However, although that's good for a moderate amount of calorie burning (BTW, I don't wander, I stride), and superb for my mental health, I know it does nothing for toning.

If I added up all the failed gym memberships I've taken out over all the decades of dieting, I could afford a live-in personal trainer so I'm not going down that route again. The Wonder Core is being heavily advertized on television here in the UK at the moment, and I've since come across the WC2 version, which sounds even better. I wondered if anyone had used this or similar machines and could say whether it really would help with toning?

Thank you
