Work Schedules & Exercise

So my work shedule is really funky. I much prefer exercising in the a.m., but often do not have the time OR do not make the time when I have it because I'm tired.

Any suggestions, or personal experiences with balancing odd work hours and healthy exercise?

I would prefer morning exercise too, but I also prefer an early work schedule so choose the latter. I have found that, for me, the ONLY way to get in the exercise is to do it immediately after work. Either I stop at the pool/gym on the way home or come home and immediately go climbing our gigantic hill, or whatever. I am exhausted after work and if I come home and sit down first, the exercise will never happen.

I just have to give it a priority and make it happen, or it won't. I am not always successful, I admit, but I try to keep up with regular workouts

I work 4pm to midnight. My job has a gym, so I've been using the treadmill there every day after work. Making it part of my daily routine like that really works for me, similar to what Misti said.

Thanks for your replies, and you are right about it being a priority :)
