Yoga Or Exercise Which one is Best.
In my opinion, Yoga is best way to lose weight safety and effectively.

A bit of both would be my answer...
Yoga, cardio and weight training all have clear cut benefits and we should do a bit of everyone of them... Time permitting of course ;) |
I do both. But I didn't lose much weight when I only did yoga (although I consider that exercise, TBH.)
