Exercize (swiss) Ball
 

I recently bought a Swiss (Exercize) Ball. I found it at TJ Maxx for $11.00. I also got a great exercize mat for $11.00. Can anyone give me some links to websites that show exercizes that can be one with the swiss ball? I did recently order a VHS tape called Pilates for Dummies off of Ebay. I can't wait to use it!

I do a ton of ab work on the stability (swiss) ball. Here are a couple addresses to visit for ideas of what to do:

Also, I got a book out of the library that had like 53 exercises to do on the ball, not just ab work. I'm sorry I can't remember its name, but you might try searching Amazon or something.
