I'm finally going to work out.
 

My university has finally finished building and they are about to open a new, bigger, and improved gym/rec. center, so I'm going to start working out more as I go into my last semester here. Hopefully I can lose some weight before graduation.

You don't have to wait for some fancy building to work out, that's just an excuse not to. You can start now by walking more, taking the stairs, parking further away, and moving more every chance you get. Then you'll really be excited about the new building.

Have fun! Wannabe is right you don't need really need a gym, but boy it sure is nice to have one. Especially in bad weather. And if you are a student, I'm assuming the price is right - so enjoy that perk while you can.
