Exercise Videos, Follow along or do it on your own?
Wanted your opinion, do you all like exercise vids where you follow along as the person on the video is doing it,
or prefer something where you are shown each exercise, then given a plan, so that you can do the exercises on your own while you listen to music or watch tv or something?
I like to exercise along with the videos as it keeps me focused on what I'm doing. I can also compare my posture etc with the people in the videos to make sure I'm doing the moves correctly.

I'm like Terra1984, I follow along (sorta... I don't think I look as good doing it as they do, I'm pretty clumsy lol), and I mute it and put music on or mute it and put a movie on to keep from getting bored or thinking about the workout too much. I find that if my mind is on a movie, I end up having worked out without even knowing it sometimes.
