Elliptical/treadmill/workout dvds?
 

Hi all, I need some advice. I have been doing really well on a low calorie/low carb diet and I am slowly losing a little bit of weight a week by doing that, but now I'm ready for more. I need to pick up my exercise. I am currently walking on an older treadmill that I'm borrowing but it just isn't burning the calories. Does anyone have any suggestions for ellipticals, newer treadmills or even nice workout dvds? I have the Insanity dvds but until I lose more weight I can't get back into them. Thank you for all your advice!

When I got my treadmill I looked for the same. All I got were a few hard core treadmill interval workout here and there, complete with incline and speed variations. You won't be bored. Just google up about interval treadmill workouts.
