Day 2
 
15 minutes on Arc Trainer, Level 1, Intervals

5 minutes on recumbent stationary, level 3, intervals

3 sets of Basic 8 machines, 8 reps at 25-40 lbs.

way to go! are you getting sore yet?....i always get delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) on the evening of the day i do a harder workout...i havent found anything that really helps it except just rest and then keep moving the next day...

I take a multivitamin and my 800mg Ibuprofen after i work out, and a hot shower and then its bed time. I feel a little tight, but I also just carried my backpack like it was nothing....which is unusual.

Im gonna take a break tomorrow from the weights, but probably go ahead and do a little cardio.

2 weeks ago, i went on a walk with my fiance, and I went 2 miles....but I was in alot of pain for almost a week afterwards. So, I decided to try and strengthen myself and also use a low impact machine to build endurance and facilitate weight loss. I hope it works.

Interestingly, I was on the arc trainer today, and I kept telling myself 5 minutes, just 5 more minutes! Then a song on my playlist came on that I love, and I convinced myself to to go the end of the song....by that time, there was only like a miute left, so i went for it.

I was super proud today lol I know its not alot....but I spent my life in bed, or at a desk job the past year or two. I am out of shape.
