8 sessions this week over 6 days. 20miles total of which 9 was a long run today.

At the moment it's 3 days per week of using the wii fit because I'm a beginner.

I do 30 mins a day 6 days a week. 15 walking/jogging on the treadmill at the beginning of my workout, then some weight training, and then the stairmaster for another 15 mins on level 6 at the end of my workout. I dont like the walking or jogging part. I do it mostly to keep my heart rate up while doing machines at the gym.
