Just signed up for a 5k!
 

Ahh I'm so excited. I haven't done a 5k since high school. I'd like to jog it all, but I don't know. Luckily it's a run/walk. My Cousin is doing it with me. Best par? It's the Colour Run ! it looks like so much fun and about having a good day, not who can run the fastest.

It looks like so much fun. More fun then work! Mine is July 20th, and it'll be hot here. But for once I can't wait to sweat my a$$ off! Do it up Ian :)

I just did a Color Run with friends this past weekend with friends. It was a blast! My only complaint that it was more crowded than I like, but I've gotten really spoiled with my smaller local races. We had so much fun though, and I'm doing another one with my daughter in the fall.

I'm doing the Color Run on August 17 and I can't wait! It looks like a lot of fun!

I have a color run in September! So excited!!!! :D

My wife is doing one called "Neon Vibe" later this month. Its at night and you wear florescent things to glow in the dark. Looks pretty cool.

Good for you Remington! I signed up for my first 5K for July 15 too, but it won't be a color run. Jealous!

I'm doing my first 5K on Sunday morning, and, like you, I'd love to jog it all, but I know that realistically, that's not going to happen. We'll jog as much of it as we can, though, eh? ;) And as you say, it's not about how fast you go, but it's about having a good day. (I just want to finish! *L*)

I'm so excited! I just picked up my things for the race tomorrow and it's so surreal! Never in my wildest dreams I'd thought I would do a 5K plus this race looks so fun!
